Asesiadau Personol - Personalised Assessments
Mae asesiadau personol Rhifedd (Gweithdrefnol), Rhifedd (Rhesymu) a Darllen ar gael i ysgolion eu defnyddio drwy’r flwyddyn i helpu cynnydd eu dysgwyr.
Ar ôl i ddysgwyr gwblhau’r asesiadau hyn, bydd gan ysgolion fynediad at adborth ar sgiliau a chynnydd dysgwyr er mwyn helpu i gynllunio’r dysgu ac addysgu.
Bydd ysgolion yn ystyried yr amseriad a'r dulliau mwyaf priodol ar gyfer rhannu gwybodaeth am sgiliau darllen a rhifedd dysgwyr, gan gynnwys yr adborth o asesiadau personol. Anogir ysgolion i rannu’r wybodaeth â rhieni/gofalwyr ar unwaith. Fodd bynnag, efallai y bydd rhai ysgolion yn penderfynu aros tan yn hwyrach yn y flwyddyn ysgol a thrafod cynnydd eich plentyn yn seiliedig ar adborth o un neu fwy o asesiadau ac arsylwadau o'i ddysgu, er enghraifft mewn noson rieni.

Numeracy (Procedural), Numeracy (Reasoning) and Reading personalised assessments are available throughout the year for schools to use to support learners to make progress.
After learners have completed these assessments, schools have access to feedback on learners’ skills and progress to help plan teaching and learning.
Schools will consider the most appropriate timing and methods for sharing information on learners’ reading and numeracy skills, including the feedback from personalised assessments. Schools are encouraged to share the information with parents/carers whilst the information is current, however some schools may decide to wait until later on in the school year and discuss how your child is progressing based on feedback from one or more assessments and their observations of their learning, for example at a parents evening.
